Coronavirus GenBrowser

COVID-19 is spreading across the world and much research gains on SARS-CoV-2, the shared enemy of human community. Here we launch Coronavirus GenBrowser for the public to rapidly access the latest information of SARS-CoV-2 genomes. It can closely monitor the frequency changes of mutations, identify the possible origin of newly emerged strains, and detect the non-neutral evolution of SARS-CoV-2.

Coronavirus GenBrowser Desktop Application

The Coronavirus GenBrowser was financially supported by a grant from National Key Research and Development Project (No. 2020YFC0847000), China. The Coronavirus GenBrowser genome sequences were obtained from the multiple resources, i.e., CNGBdb, GenBank, GISAID, GWH and NMDC databases. The sequences were collected and maintained by the National Genomics Data Center, China. We thank all the researchers who promptly generated and kindly shared the sequences with the community. The complete list of the sample providers and data submitters is available here.
